He denied disabilty even though medical records indicated condition was life threatening

“….A former administrative law judge in the Huntington office told the Wall Street Journal in a May 2011 article he thought supervisors didn’t crack down on Daugherty because he helped the office meet its goals for processing cases, which would bring bonuses.
The Social Security Administration started investigating Daugherty after that May 2011 article, which pointed to Daugherty as an example of the financial strains that threaten to drain one Social Security disability fund dry.
Daugherty told the newspaper he had done nothing improper in awarding disability payments to people. He resigned in mid-2011.”
Just becasue you were denied benefits on appeal does not mean the judge is bad. Stop trying to live off the taxpayers and get a job.
Im scared….i had a hearing with Hodum….and he gave the Vocational Expert an extra week to find jobs for me…..so im wondering if thats a bad thing???

Denied me of my disability, and for a appeal I have to
Wait two years before I hear from my appeal and that
Stands an eighty five percent chance of being denied.
I will need to make a new claim and loose all my back.
And I am fifty five and of age for my benefits.
Sounds like a FAIR judge to me…..
He’s a coward who makes decisions on peoples behalf behind their backs instead of face to face. That kind of cowardice needs recognition. I’ll bet if he was required to make decisions in the company of the litigants, his track record would be better. I’ll bet if he were to see one of his former litigants on the street, one that was denied, he would turn tail and run like the yellow scum he is.
No doubt his decisions are based on ethnicity rather then facts. If medical information supports that I’m disabled, and I’m denied, then racism is the only conclusion that I can come up with. I truely think that he bases his decisions on the ethnicity of a persons last name or the color of their skin. He needs to be removed. He’s no doubt a racist.
Judge Hodum is the most worthless piece of **** on the face of the earth. He does not take into account all viable information before making his uninformed decisions and does not have the mental ability to take all variables into account and understand them. Therefore, his decisions are uninformed and radical. If this is the type of garbage we have sitting on our disability benches in the State of Missouri, then no one need apply for benefits. His ability to twist the facts in the governments favor and deny claims based on partial information, should make him a prime candidate for a socialist decoration of the highest order.
