Judg Bob Burdette is a real joke. He sent my son to prison for LIFE when the police busted into his home, without a search warrant, beat him in the head with asp batons (which was illegal) all while inadvertently hitting each other trying to injure my son. They then lied and blamed one of the hits (with a flashlight that was never found or proven to be brought to the scene by the officers) on my son. This was in the 262nd District Court of Harris County, Texas. Cause no. 733242. On top of all that, Judge Burdette was not authorized to be on the bench. He had not taken the mandatory anti-bribary statement and oath of office before presiding as a visiting judge. My son (Eric Cantrell Holmes, TDCJ #786465, Michael Unit, 2664 FM 2054, Tennessee Colony, TX 75886) need help making this judge accountable for his actions. He’s the worst judge ever.
He does like like black people. If you look into all his cases you will see that he has convicted more black men with long sentences for petty crimes. His goal is to lock up black men.
Even though The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land – meaning no state, federal law or [t]ax code can violate its terms… Supremacy Clause Article VI, Clause 2… – on August 21, 2015, The Honorable R. N. Burdette dismissed my case under 20 CFR 404.957(c)(2) [missing determination] w/o reviewing the totality of the circumstances [18 USC § 1341 – Frauds and swindles/18 U.S. Code Chapter 25 U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 63 › § 1341; 18 U.S. Code § 1341… [Mail fraud (18 USC § 1341) and forgery (Chapter 41 – section 3575 of Title 42 § , violating the Due Process clause of the Constitution. 4101)]
Judge Burdette ignored IRS & SSA Embezzlement of $ 5,807.07 deducted [Amounts illegally exacted on a Discharged Erroneous Assessment] from the beneficiary’ by Criminal Conversion w/o Notice or Court Order – “warrant of distraint” – Amounts illegally exacted on a Discharged Erroneous Assessment.
This case prove too many government bureaucrats – especially the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) & SSA- believe that they are not merely above the law, but that they are the law.
This judge will not go by the government guide lines he will find flaws and use them to deny any and every one except the elderly I follow his career he has made life even harder for taxpayers and disabled he should step down he is institutionalized
He hates black people ,he will think the doctor is laying we must get him bared
I went to see this Judge who denied my case even though others have been approved having only one of the many (about 8)conditions that I have with no cure. Something is just not right, if justice was truly blind then the judge should not be able to see your color, know your gender or where you are from.
In my lowest time, i prayed. Judge Burdett was so kind and non judgmental. I’m grateful to his honor and understanding. I lost everything but my life, thanks be to God. I’m homeless without my own. They say you get back what you put in. Amen
Judge Burdette was very courteous and respectful. The District Court Judges in Harris County could take some lessons from this Judge. As an attorney, it is refreshing to be in front of a Judge like Burdette.
