She was very good the evidence spoke for its self! Fully favorable!
She was fair. She dont like when you repeat whats in your file but overall great
Judge Palenske is horrendously unfair. She shot us down on a very solid case, but didn’t just deny it. She sat on it for over six months before issuing the denial. Absolutely unacceptable.
very few questions.Let the lawyer who knew very little about me ask the questions.
not very happy.
Her conservative personality should have nothing to do with how she decides claims. She is to appy the rule of law and to take a fresh look at each individual claim.
Space Cadet. Which Judge Palenske will show on a given day? On bad days, she has sworn in witnesses more than once. Asks very few questions in general. While I tend to share her conservative philosophy, she is not an easy judge.
If you don’t have representation, you don’t stand a chance with Judge Palenske. She and the sytem work against those of us who cannot afford an attorney due to the length of time waiting to be heard. Beware!
Obviously trying to be “THE” tough ALJ. “Trying” for sure.
Fair
Frighteningly poor.
