JUDGE SCHWARTZBERG, USES DR FALSE MADE STATEMENTS AND MAKES HIS DECISIONS BEFORE ENTRY INTO THE HEARINGS, DR TOLD ME THAT I CAN DO THE NEEDLE INTO SPINE BUT SHE SEES THAT THIS WILL NOT HELP THE ISSUE BUT WE CAN CERTAINLY TRY IT OUT, DECIDING NOT TO DO THIS PROCEDURE WHEN IT WILL NOT HELP BY THE MEDICAL RECORDS, RESEARCH OF ARACHNOIDECTOMY CRIPPLED FOR LIFE WHEN NEEDLE HITS THE WRONG NERVES ETC NO THANK YOU DR, BUT JUDGE HERE GAVE PARTIAL WITH NUMEROUS RESTIRCTIONS LIMITATIONS WHICH HE KNOWS I CANT HOLD A JOB FOR MAIL CLEKR OR A PRINTER PRESS OP DEFYING THESE ORDERS OF HIS.. TOSSING DISABLED ADULTS SLAVES UNDER THE BUS !
This judge was very fair. I was made to feel very welcomed as soon as I entered the room. He greeted me and introduced the other two ladies that were in the room as well. The whole process took maybe 15 to 20 minutes. Although I was very very nervous before I went in but the atmosphere in the room was welcoming and inviting and which calmed my fears greatly.
After the hearing, and before I said anything, my own attorney apologized for the judge’s treatment of me, stating that he had never seen the judge do that before. During the hearing, it was clear that the judge had already made up his mind before I had walked into the room, something my attorney said was commonplace for this judge. Also, the judge totally dismissed the expert testimony of medical professionals. Lastly, the judge presented three hypotheticals to a Vocational Expert that included none of elements or limitations of my medically documented disabilities! So you tell me, how was the VE supposed to respond?! And consider this… there is a reason why this judge has the LOWEST approval percentage of eight judges for this office.
Very fair! Took all my disabilities into consideration. He let me talk, he took the VE testimony into consideration.
Interesting how divergent the other 2 comments are. Likely based primarily on whether the person was approved or denied?
This judge was very fair…. He let me speak and then questioned a VE , who said I couldn’t work.. I received my fully favorable decision in 2 weeks.
What a joke. Draws incorrect inferences maliciously. Totally mean-spirited, and seems to have quite a Napoleonic complex. Ignores or impugns evidence that should lead to a clear approval.
