ALJ Sharda Singh is a very compassionate and respectful judge. She made me feel like I was actually being listened to and understood instead of just some work related inconvenience standing in front of her. I was very nervous testifying but her kindness put me at ease, the hearing was very straightforward.

I’ve had two hearings with this judge and both were denied. The Vocational Expert that was there said that I couldn’t do anything at the last hearing and also my lawyer was present and asked all the questions that needed to be asked. I feel that she is biased toward age and not what you’re actually are going through. My life has been flipped upside down and now I’m waiting on another hearing or decision. I’m in constant PAINNNNNN! Headaches, muscle spasms, stiffness, fatigue….. I can’t sit long or stand long. On some days I can’t walk. I’ve worked since I was 14 and became ill in 2014 and applied in 2016. I have cubital tunnel syndrome, dry eye syndrome, depression, anxiety, asthma, panic attacks, osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, gout, Ankylosing spondyloarthritis (just diagnosed 5/2021) now on Humira too, cervical radiculopathy, lumbar radiculopathy, hypertension, GERD, Insomnia, Migraines, PCOS, Shingles, restless leg syndrome, Lyme disease, tendinitis, and bursitis. I’m on about 14 meds. Lord help me and I hope she finds help too. Amen

This judge was so pleasant and made my day. She was genuine and seemed to care a lot about me and my well being. Although my case was denied, she treated me with the utmost respect, which I greatly appreciate. I feel that a lot the comments here are nasty, and mean only because individuals are upset their case was denied. She has to do what is right as a judge and can’t approve everyone. If you have nasty things to say, keep it to yourself. Thank you judge for your kindness!

I had my hearing on August 27,2018 with judge sharda singh right away I could tell that she a tricky person the way she looked at me like I am ****** or pretending that she cares, I got my answer December 14, 2018 and it was denial letter, I feel her decision was not fair, and there was some things she lied about my doctor letter, be aware of this ALJ I hope you don’t get this one, good luck

Judge Sharda Singh is very polite, and understanding. She wished me well in the future for my health after the hearing.
Every case situation is different. I had a lawyer and many medical documents to support my case which is very, very important…This Judge is awesome pray that get her!!

Although I was nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect, my interview went pretty good, only to BE DENIED 4 MONTHS later. This judge has NO idea how her decision has impacted my entire life. I’m ALWAYS IN PAIN, not to mention, i suffer from depression and now I have to wait 15-18 MORE MONTHS for this next appeal! Just because I’m “young” it doesn’t take away from the FACT that I’ll have 6 screws in my lower back forever. Ive been fighting my case for almost 4 yrs already, Its unfair and even tho I’m only 30, I ACTUALLY have a medical problem and SUFFER from chronic pains and Muscle Spasms. I didn’t choose this life. Yet I get denied because I’m to young and I speak well enough to find a “sit down” job!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS !!!!! What does my age and my vocabulary have to do with my PAINNNNNN !!!!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME BECAUSE I DON’T DESERVE THIS !!! (Tears) IN JESUS NAME, MY CASE IS FAVORABLE !!!!!!!

I had my hearing with Judge Sharda Singh on 12/22/14. Right off the bat, I could tell this woman had an attitude and didn’t want to to be there that morning. She would ask me the same questions over and over again, even after I answered her. My lawyer had requested for me to be awarded a “Closed Period of Benefits” and after I gave her my testimony, my hearing was done. I finally got my answer from her office today 02/09/15 and it was a denial. I feel that her decision was not fair and was offended at some of ger notes in my letter. 12 pages of insults towards my character…so rude! To anyone reading this, please pray to God, Buddah or whomever you worship, that you don’t get her as your ALJ.
