I know. Totally agree with you. This so called judge has had two hearings with my son. One in person with his now deceased attorney (she passed from Covid 19) and then a second hearing by phone with a stand in attorney. Both she and the stand in attorney advised me that this man does not think young people should get SSI. My son is now 21 and we have been fighting this issue for over 3 years and will continue to fight it even though the Appeals Council has denied a review. This young man was born a grandson but I took custody and adopted due to the mental illness of my daughter in law, his biological mother. I am 68 yrs old and continue to support him with his needs. He does have a part time job where he cannot work more then three part time days in a row without a problem surfacing. Because of his problems with social anxiety and fear of criticism I have to walk in to his job with him. He also suffers from Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. The PTSD is due to trauma from his biological mother. My fear is that he will be on the streets homeless if something happens to me and I blame this judge for the hassles I am going through.
This is one of the rudest judges I have ever appeared before. He is a disgrace and is incompetent. Full of himself because he wears a robe. When will the Social Security Administration remove abusive judges? A rating of zero is too good for him.
