Judge Neary, My name is Amanda Wroblewski. You granted me SSDI benefits starting October4, 2008. Their were some changes in the status of my situation, which I did report, How ever, Due to a clerical error, my information wasn’t processed properly. Now I have been back and forth fighting with man who took away my benefits 11 months later. I have asked for waivers, He denied all of them, I have appealed his decision, He didn’t care. I filed a complaint of my civil and disability rights, and I have no idea what happened now this has been going on since 2008. Denied, appeal, waiver, you name it I followed it through. I did manage to send in lost information that I did work in 2006, 2007 and 2008. The IRS is fully aware. I was accused of receiving benefits on my son who is Autistic, Which you denied him of those benefits. I’m asking you to please re-instate me. At least that’s what I was told in 2009. You were the Judge on my son’s case, as well as mine. I saw you 4 times, finally You approved. Can you over ride his decision this representative who works at my SS local office. He’s a secretary. Judge Stalbrink, and a Federal Court Judge Harry C.Dees Jr. agree, and now I’m asking you for your help. This has gone on long enough. Yes my son is still Autistic and lives with me and for me, well I’ve gotten worse. There was no reason for him to bully over $540.00. I’m not the one who failed to put the information in the computer correctly. And I’m sorry, I don’t think I should have to start all over. But only you can over ride there decision, to have me re-instated, since you were the Judge assigned to my case. Sincerely, Amanda J Wroblewski. Please
