This ALJ is as fair as they come. While he does not award benefits in all cases, he is thorough, patient and well prepared. A gentlemen and a compassionate human being. I have been practicing 35+ years and I would say he is a gentleman in an ” old school manner”. If anyone remembers some of the ALJ’s from years past i.e. ALJ’s Oliver, Spitz, they would know that’s meant as a true compliment.
Good luck with him, I m totally disabled from the military, with back problems my L2 through S1 are either bulging or herniated I suffer from PTSD from the war,I have a handicap parking placard because I can not walk,my spine and pain Dr back me with everything and I still lost good luck
Haughty. Cold and calculating. This judge has, virtually, no compassion. He needs to find another job. Perhaps the White House?
Does not approve a lot of cases, but is kind, courteous, and respectful. You will get your day in court.
Hello your honor, I would just like to say that I have a hearing in front of you on August 20th at 1 o’clock p.m. I’ve been dealing with my disability for over ten to fifteen years I take a cocktail of meds I’m living in a shelter I sometimes steal food I’ve had panic attacks was in the hospital I’ve had multiple doctors and therapist through the years I hope the evidence proves my disability and I am waiting to get out of the shelter being a white male in Philadelphia in a shelter is very challenging I’ve been robbed just I’m at the end of my rope and I put myself on the mercy of the court that you review the evidence presented and grant my claim I thank you for your time to read this.
