This ALJ is as fair as they come. While he does not award benefits in all cases, he is thorough, patient and well prepared. A gentlemen and a compassionate human being. I have been practicing 35+ years and I would say he is a gentleman in an ” old school manner”. If anyone remembers some of the ALJ’s from years past i.e. ALJ’s Oliver, Spitz, they would know that’s meant as a true compliment.

Haughty. Cold and calculating. This judge has, virtually, no compassion. He needs to find another job. Perhaps the White House?

Does not approve a lot of cases, but is kind, courteous, and respectful. You will get your day in court.
