This judge seemed fair. Not like people are saying. hes by the book, as it should be.
As other person stated gets annoyed very easily. Applicants used to get a fair shake with him. Recently that has changed. His track history with him in West Virginia is biasing his thought process. Very misleading judge and relies on office staff to make decision. Does not view all evidence only the ones they chose to. Luckily Appeals Council is aware of this behavior as they remanded the case as his office did not use most recent supported evidence.
Time for this judge to retire and call it a career.
Seemed decent, seemed to get annoyed easily. make sure all med records are CORRECT and SUPER recent, Like days recent. Talk loud, and very clear. He seems to try to jump for perfection. I was in for mental health and he reminded me like my father, be perfect or get out.
