Thomas Mcnichols did well to retire. In my decision, he actually said that the doctors that made statements as to my disability status were “extending” the truth and their decisions were not based on medical facts. Funny, I thought he was a judge, not a doctor.
Tough, even made my attorney cry. I’ve been waiting for 9 yrs.
