i was told how “fair this judge is” i actually felt like that may be true..until the day we met. he heard my son’s case, with OBVIOUS bias. we were unrepresented, but had very good evidence. several providers didn’t think we needed an attorney, because it is so clear that my son is disabled. from the very first question, i knew we were in trouble. this judge clearly believed that my son had concocted this idea, to what”get rich quick”? by social security?? his mind was made up before our hearing, and what he based that decision on, i have absolutely no idea. it certainly was not, evidence, or law!!! i have NOW retained an attorney for my son. it is a shame that this has become the racket that it has. i only fear i have wasted precious time that my son DOES NOT HAVE!!!!
