This judge is one of the fairest and most knowledgeable you’re likely to come across. He actually reads the record too, which is unfortunately not something that can be said of the all the rest.
This judge is fair and is unintimidating. He allows the claimant to fully outline his argument. I don’t put much stock in these percentages; being prepared is the key. It makes the job of everyone concerned much easier.
I had my hearing this week. I was late because of heavy rain. This judge waited for me. I was nervous at first but not at the end. He knew the record and was polite. Had two experts by telephone. This guy let me stand for part of the hearing because of back pain. My attorney said he is one of the better judges and knows the law. Don’t know how he will rule.
