my court date is 5/11 I’m worried of What I heard about the ‘VE. I can’t see our walk how can I work. I need this!
Judge Spivey is a Superior judge in every aspect of the Disability Law….He has been working at it to my knowledge for over 18 years….he deserves a large pay increase….Ron billmyer Atty at Law TN
Very unfair judge. My claim had errors, which the judge did not catch. I was denied for no reason. I’m so depressed. I need my benefits, but some scammer who doesn’t really need assistance, probably got approved in my place. I hate the way this system is set up, to make you give up. This judge couldn’t have cared less about me from the start. It’s the worst thing I’ve experienced in my life. It took me over 3 years to get to the hearing stage. If the vocational expert says you can do some job, you’re screwed. It doesn’t matter if the VE eventually says you can’t work. He will find a way to call you uncredible, and deny your claim.
A prince of a man! Very respectful and very pleasant towards me. I don’t know if he is going to approve my case but I feel that he is the first person at SSA who actually listened to what me and my lawyer had to say and I just hope he will approve my case.
Unfortunately, as pleasant as he was during the hearing, it’s obvious that his command of the law is seriously lacking.
