ALJ’s today need to do what’s right and stop denying people based on the dollars allocated. Stop using the fraudulent reports generated from “doctors” hired by SS to say what it is they’re paid to say, many if not most of whom are totally out of field or retired putzes looking for a quick easy buck signing their name. Truth is todays ALJ’s need to stop treating everyone like malingerers.
Today’s ALJs need to reacquaint themselves with the word “malingerer”. It’s become an epidemic in the disability court rooms.
this in response to the ignorant post on 4/12/13 about people working hard for a free ride. 1st, ssd benefits are paid based on what you pay in taxes. 2nd, you have no clue what you are talking about. these case are based on medical evidence, and I know from having 100’s of cases with alj ogden that he requires medical opinions from treating doctors to grant benefits. your concern can’t be based on experience as an attorney or claimant. maybe, based on reading false information. I am concerned why you would post something so foolish.
I am a bit concerned about this dedicated judge’s approval percentage: 74%
I would hope that Judge Ogden realizes that very often people who do not want to work will work very hard at finding ways to get a “free ride” from the government.
Get an RFC in before the hearing and you will be just fine.
