Kudos to a great law judge, who’s done a great job for the social security administration, the dear judge gave me the benefit of doubt. Semper fi dear judge
He had already decided the case before speaking with me or my lawyer. His court reporter warned us before going into court that the judge doesn’t like long hearings. The judge reminded us of that later during the hearing. He used my showing up to medical appointments against me as a sign I can keep a schedule. He was hostile when asking questions. The trail couldn’t have lasted longer than 10-15 mins with administrative issues involved. I waited 2 years for this?!
Excellent Judge, knowledgeable, professional and fair.
Outstanding judical temperament, knowledge and abilities.
