Judge Ritter is a very fair judge I dont know why these people said such horrible things about him yes in deed he changed my life for better I’m so greatful for this man he’s wonderful understanding and down to earth!!!
I had an 8 inch stint put in my main artery besides possible MS and he still denied me. Im not a bad or evil person but I hope Karma pays him a visit…
I would like to know how much this judge makes off a case he denied that clearly should have been aproved..
Judge Ritter had statements in the Notice of Decision letter that were not accurate and I will be contacting someone about that. If to do nothing else than to clear my testimony as true and not “inconsistent statements undermine her credibility” as he writes. Ritter also states that he “gives little weight to the opinion of treating provider Dr. _____; my psychiatrist and that he also
“gives little weight to the multiple opinions of treating provider Dr ______; my psychologist. The day of the hearing my attorney felt he needed to let me know that Judge Ritter denies 80% of the cases that come in front of him. How is it that this one judge would get so many cases that do not warrant disability benefits?
He weighed the “observations” of two people who spent a whopping 15 minutes each with me more heavily then those of my OWN doctor, someone who observed the worsening of my condition. My lawyer warned me that it was a crap shoot having him and that’s NOT something that should be predictable. You should not be able to look at the judge’s name and say “Oh, you don’t stand a chance with him.” as this just shows how unfair his decisions really are. I’m left with no choice but to try and appeal now and who KNOWS what’s going to happen.
the guy steps on our rights as americans to recieve disabilty benefits, i have 3 qualifying physical health and 4 qualifying mental health and 54yrs old
very uncompassionate and fair, im sure he ate well off the taxpayers, sure he enjoys his socialist health care plan payed for by tax dollars. most of us have work history and payed taxes and into the social security system, yet he denies us a meager income and health care, which those with disorders and conditions need. makes you wonder about his patriotismto our country
He ruin my case this year did not look at all my medical history Ian very mad not a good judge
I feel sorry for you if you get him. He ruined my family’s life. I don’t know how he sleeps at night.
Worst possible judge means that he is in the 1st percentile nationally with regard to approval rates. The federal courts are beginning to catch on to his bizarre interpretation of the law. Lawyers who work for SSA have know this for some time.
this is the worst possible judge you could get to hear your disability case!
