I had a hearing with Zuber in June and had an attorney. My documentation clearly indicated I met all the requirements as stated by SSA. Zuber was very nice at the hearing and gave me ample time to respond. My attorney afterward thought everything went well. In mid October I was notified I was denied. Zuber evidently feels like I can still work. Looking at the statistics, it clearly shows in comparison to other judges at the Louisville ODAR, Zuber approves the lowest amount of applicants, meaning he is the toughest. I don’t know if he has a power trip from denying people or what. I would say if you get him, you should be very, very worried about approval. Regardless of how good things go at the hearing. Beware of him. He’s not a good person.

So i had a hearing on January 3rd, 2018 and actually it wasn’t so bad, i was so scared but he was very nice and caring and listen to what i had to say, that meant alot. I think it really went well and my fingers are crossed and God knows my family and I need this more than anything .

I HAVE BEEN IN FRONT OF THIS JUDGE TWICE NOW. ONCE FOR SSDI, NEXT SSI. BOTH TIMES HE DECLINED ME. THIS IS MY MEDICAL HISTORY. I HAD BREAST CANCER. THE CANCER KILLED A BUNCH OF NERVE CELLS. I HAVE ONE VOCAL PARALYZED. I AM UNABLE TO RAISE MY ARMS OVER MY HEAD. I HAVE NEUROPATHY IN BOTH LEGS AND FEET. I HAVE COPD. I HAVE CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. AS OF TODAY, I WENT FOR A STRESS TEST BECAUSE MY HEART IS LEAKING BLOOD. I AM NOT SURE IF THEY WILL DO OPEN HEART SURGERY OR NOT. WHEN I RECEIVED MY FIRST DECLINED LETTER. I WANTED TO KILL MYSELF. SO, THEY PUT ME IN A 72 HOUR WATCH. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALLOT. I AM DEPRESSED MOST OF THE TIME. I ALMOST DIED TWICE. THE FIRST TIME I WAS ON A VENTILATOR FOR CLOSE TO 4 DAYS, IN 2012. I HAD TO GO ON ANOTHER VENTILATOR ANOTHER TIME IN 2014 BECAUSE I CAUGHT PNEUMONIA. IT HAS BEEN ONE THING OR ANOTHER. I ALSO HAVE HOME HEALTH COMES TO MY HOUSE ONCE A WEEK. OH, ALSO, I HAD SURGERY ON MY RIGHT SHOULDER. HOPING THAT WILL HELP MY ARMS. WHICH THEY SAID THAT MY NERVE DAMAGE ON MY SHOULDER WILL NOT BE FIXABLE. .. I AM SO VERY SAD RIGHT NOW. ENOUGH TO TRY AND KILL MYSELF AGAIN!!! .. JUST SAY NO ONE CARE SO WHY SHOULD I.. I PRAY THAT THIS JUDGE GOES THROUGH THE SAME TREATMENT THAT HE PUTS OTHER PEOPLE THROUGH.

I don’t know what or why he thinks he is God and has the right to discredit a Dr.s report or evaluation and in 3 years you wait things even get worse I take he is government paid there for his approval rate is very low I believe he works on commission and does not take in consideration the actual human that is being reviewed because judge makes big money lives great life makes people like me feel suicidal and I paidy working dues 33 years I didn’t ask to be broke down and in bad health at 47 Mr. Zuber your not a Dr. And don’t have right to aCT like one if no future after my appeal Mr
ZUBER will be the reason I leave on my death note! Again GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL AND ANY ONE ELSE’S THAT LANDS YOU AS A JUDGE.

I went in front of Judge: William C. Zuber in Aug an seemed like a very nice caring man. I called The Odar and they said it was with the decision writers can anyone tell me if this is a good sign. After my hearing he ent me to a Dr of his choice . In sept an has already made a choice.
I guess im really hoping for a christmas miracle. .

  9. fed up says:

Heartless and ignorant. Suggests that person could frequently climb ramps and stairs when the SSA medical examiner says NO. Went over the opinions of VE and examiner. Uses old statements thinking stuff cant get worse. LIES too.
