Had a hearing with this judge. He immediately began nit-picking dates and diagnosis information submitted by my attorney. Wasn’t sure where he was going with this but the attorney knew to play along and not get irritated. Turns out it was his way of “negotiating” onset of disability. He took a few pot-shots at my medical history, including my weight which was irrelevant, but attorney had warned me not to take any of it personally. When I was finally asked questions, I answered as briefly and as specifically as possible. Attorney advised me that this judge cannot stand vague words & answers. He thanked me each time I answered a question and did not attack me personally in any way. He did not “approve” my case but led the attorney to believe that with a few technical corrections, he would. Fingers crossed!
Very sarcastic, and ridiculed my mother into crying. He smirked they entire time and stayed off topic. He was very unprofessional and didn’t even do an oath. He couldn’t even tell me his name.
