He is a very considerate and polite person. That wasn’t the problem. I had enough evidence in my recent past that supported my claim and the major knocks on me were my age (fairly younger) and perceived independence. I was reading his decision and said, “what independence?” I don’t cook for myself, I hardly ever clean and I order a delivery service for shopping because I can’t shop by myself. Overall the judge literally ignored all of my testimony and ignored all of the recent assessments from the medical experts that had seen me over the past year or so. He literally only took stock in the two social security appointed “experts” that had contradictory “evidence” from back in 2019. My state had been bad then but has and had gotten considerably worse since then and I feel like he didn’t hear or even consider anything said at trial. I know he’s been an administrative law judge for awhile now but I think it’s time for him to retire. The handling of my more recent facts and my testimony should’ve been enough to override any previous findings and should’ve been weighted more than stuff from 2-3 years ago that for even then was untrue.

Judge was absolutely not fair! He denied my case even though I had insurmountable evidence that supported my case. He did not take into consideration my therapists and psychiatrist documentation and recommendations.I had thousands of pages of medical records that supported my case. I have ten years of mental health issues and my condition is severe!I have untreatable depression and PTSD by medication. I also have numerous other mental health diagnosis. I take about 10 medications but My condition is non existent. I will be doing ECT next and that is not something you can easily get approved for and you must try numerous things to even get to that level. He said because I spoke well and had good hygiene I was not depressed or suffer from PTSD. I didn’t know showering once a week and brushing teeth once a week was good hygiene. Also, I didn’t know you can tell all this by a phone hearing.
