He don’t listen to the claim and if your young he going to denial you he gave a decision in 3 weeks didn’t even read my medical records I had 1500 pages just don’t really care he gets 0 stars
This judge failed to take actual doctors notes and letters of support into consideration. He was very uninterested in our case and made us wait 6 months for a denial. I wish we would have had someone with the knowledge about mental disabilities and a fir judge that actually read our case. When we had the hearing it was very clear he had not even read the trial brief considering he had no idea where it was located in the file and had no idea what we were applying under!! If you have this judge I wish you the best!!
