I have been trying for 3 longggg days to get our checking account information updated. So far NO luck and told to call Houston Northwest office. When they finally answer the message is all reps are helping others and THEN the HANG UP. Throughly disgusted. Have to have an appointment but that is impossible to get. πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

I spoke with the Social Security Representative via phone appointment on June 17, 2021 at 9:57 am when she called me. She informed me that my SS Disability Application had been approved with a Nov. 5, 2019 start date. She explained the amount of money to be paid monthly with 7 months of payments in 2020 and 7 months in 2021 to bridge me to my regular Social Security start date of July, 2021. She told me that I would soon get a letter in the mail detailing all of this. I never received a letter of these benefits. My online record on ssa.gov details that 100% of my application had been processed and a decision was made on July 14, 2021. It went on to say that a notice has been sent to me with a detailed explanation in the next 10 to 15 days. 15 days has long passed. I have called the main Social Security 800 number a number of times and have been told this is in process after they looked through all kinds of records with the last representative telling me he thinks this is a minor detail and gave me the phone number to my now Case Manager Miss Miller in the Houston NW Office at extension #19719. I’ve called many times to no avail and haven’t heard back from Miss Miller. It appears people are looking in closets, under beds, under seat cushions and you name it for this letter that was supposed to be sent to me. Like I said, I was told my Disability Application was approved and this DETAILED LETTER OF DECISION has not been sent to me. Can you please find out who sends out these letters and have a copy of that letter sent to me. It appears that someone dropped the ball as nothing has happened since July 14th. You can reach me via email, text or regular mail.
