I disqualified this judge because he is partner with Judge: J. S Childs as they both like the Eighty-one-year-old former Judge David B Daugherty, the former Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) in Huntington, West Virginia who left on Friday, August 25, 2017 the Kentucky courtroom in handcuffs sentenced to four years in prison for taking more than $600 million in bribes in Social Security fraud cases, as he beginning in 2004, an ALJ assigned to the SSA’s Huntington, W. Va., hearing office, paid an average of approximately $8,000 per month in case and [MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS] as required under Title 18 U.S.C. § 1028A(c)(11) section 208, 811, 1107(b), 1128B(a), or 1632 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 408, 1011, 1307(b), 1320a–7b (a), and 1383a) (relating to false statements relating to programs under the Act), [5 U.S.C. § 552a(i)(1)], [5 U.S.C. § 552a(i)(2)], Violation of public office Oath, mail fraud.

I'm had my hearing in May 2016, My attorney from Matt Berry & Associates told me before entering the room, that more than likely we would get turned down. She said that he has a bad reputation and upon leaving the room I was happy with the hearing, but she stated that he would be turning me down. She was right, I was turned down, I almost lost my left foot and it's disfigured for the rest of my life, my right hand was disfigured also, I lost the use of my index finger which was all cause by the autoimmune disease that I have. This guy will only grant disability to people who are on death door. I'm filing a complaint against him.

I saw his honor several weeks ago, and Judge Ehlenbeck seemed very nice and concerned about my claim. He asked a lot of questions about my condition. Even though I was not helpful to my own case because I was very goofy during my own hearing, due to my medication, I hope his honor is able to see how the medication I have to take for my heart condition impairs my own judgment and limits my ability to work. My husband was unable to testify in my case, and he would have given better testimony explaining how my condition affects our daily way of living. I know Judge Ehlenbeck has a low approval percentage, but I hope he reads my chart very carefully and not judge me by my testimony alone.
