She is a horrible judge....she looks for ways to say "No". I went before her with DDD (degenerative disc disease) sciatica etc....she didnt accept the Drs opinion...she didnt accept the state Drs opinion....she decided that I had transferable skills from old employment and I quote " reading writting, math skills......dealing with people... independent thinking". I am severely limited in what I can do... I am now 52 years of age...... she will find a way to just not listen to any doctor's opinion and thus form of flights of fancy on what she imagines is reality. With my severe limitations I can no longer do the work I was doing before as an administrative assistant or a past job is a store manager or stand around as a cashier... her opinion is that I should be a sorter....a table worker....and "ink printer" ( in this digital age). I'm sure she sleeps well.... having no conscience. Well she agrees that I'm disabled and agree that they cannot return to my normal work or do most of anything she decided to jump over every opinion and say nope not disabled. Anybody in front of her just don't let that smile fool you she's only looking to make a name for herself she's not really interested in actual law she's just looking for ways to say no.....I will have to live with this...as it gets worse. (according to lawyers I've spoken with they said she looked for ways to say no because an average judge would have just said yes) This disease is not going away. it's Progressive..... I'm sure her career will be productive....Kudos to her....I was honest....and believed that was enough....its not. I'm grateful that my wife is there for me because without her at this point I would be homeless.... I guess I'll start looking for those ink printer jobs that are willing to hire a 52 year old man with a severely limited range... .
