He is a good judge. He listens, he approved my case. Last July 2015.... update on June 10 2016, I got a Brain Scan SPECT. ..The Brain Scan showed Abnormal blood flow to 3 parts of my brain.... Thank you so much Judge Walters.... For not denying my CASE... I'm a Vet diagnosed with PTSD & now I have the EVIDENCE IN MY BRAIN.. THANKS FOR LISTENING TO ME in my hearing !
