This judge is very unfair!! He does not like women! I feel he is also a racist!! He needs to step down from the bench and stop denying those that are entitled to Social Security disability benefits. He does not consider all the facts concerning being disabled,he is very uncaring, inconsiderate, very biased!!!!

If there is a Representative out there who has had ALJ Manley I would appreciate any feedback as far as how he typically conducts his hearings, opening, etc. Thanks.

WEll, I did finally get my decison. Denied. deos he even read the medical records? Report was filled with contridicting statements. Absolutely ridiculous. We pay into this system, we are owed this,. Its not their money to hold., He denied me due to the fact that that I can care for my personal care and for my children. appealing and probably wont get very far.

I found this judge to be nice, seemingly fair. I have not gotten my decision yet, but he treated me with respect. I was expecting the hearing to be harsh. It was hard due to sitting up adn the lighting in those rooms ( I have severe vertigo) but besides that.... the judge was nice to me and let my husband sit in with me
