Honorable Judge Carol J. Pennock: Please Your Honor, I’m in desperate need of your favorable decision. I live with my 86 year old mother and if something were to happen to her I will be homeless. She had taken out a reverse mortgage and lost it all over two decades. I will not survive on the street or in a homeless shelter I will lose my daughter and with major depression my future is grim and most definitely fatal. Please consider my case I’m not doing well I’m hearing disturbing voices among other things as we discussed during my hearing. Thank you for your time and please don’t forget me. With the warmest regards, Cynthia L Russo

Judge Pennock has a medical background, is always thoroughly prepared before the hearing, and will listen if you have a good case. One of the best ALJs I've encountered in 38 years in terms of understanding the medical issues, and a fair and impartial judge.
