Judge S Charles Murray already had his mind made up before he held my hearing. I wasdenied by this Judge. Judge Murray is supposed to look at the evidence in my case and make a decision but instead, he acted as a doctor and a psychiatrist himself. I have 6 diagnosis from 2 psychiatrists, one being the states psychiatrist. I have severe PTSD, anxiety, severe panic attacks, depression, ocd and dissociation. This judge wasn't fair at all and kept cutting me off when i spoke about my problems. I didn't like how he smurked his lips up either. I've lost numerous jobs because of my problems. I have many issues daily as well but this judge said he believes I'm making all of this up. I sure wish that Murray could stay here with me for a few days to see for himself. If he did, he would immediately change his verdict and attitude. I don't appreciate the unfairness of this judege nor do i appreciate his attitude. Murray gets 1 star from me because a half of a star option isn't available.

The whole process was intimidating at first, but he soon made me feel very comfortable. I felt like he cold sympathize with me. Whether I approved or not, I don't know, but he was nice.

I really appriciated that he asked my daughter(who I am filing for) to leave before we talked about her condition. It's really hard to make your kids feel as "normal" as possible then turn around and let her hear about how she will never be "normal". The judge we had before made her stay in the room.

Seems to start every hearing with, "Now I'm a federal judge. Don't lie to me, now. Can you be truthful?" Just be prepared for it.

Gentlemanly. Seems to have studied the file beforehand, and has more than an inkling of how to proceed to a decision.
