I don't think he understands medical conditions, To be that kind of judge when peoples health is a stake not only look at both sides but look up the conditions and have a better understanding of the health issues. The ssi doctors are paid to say yes they can still work. A Judge that is in this position should not take sides but know the health issue and make a fair choice.

This Judge misstated facts on his decision for social security. Case pending. This Judge has a 63% percent denial rate. Enough said.

Smart judge, excellent demeanor, looks intimidating but always considers each case fairly based on the evidence. Can't ask for more.

This judge cut my wife off twice during the hearing and sometimes wouldn't let her finish. He looked bored most of the time during the hearing. He also implied that she lied during the hearing.

Highly limited in his ability to properly adjudicate claims. Argumentative, jumps to conclusions and is ill prepared.

The prior comment is ridiculous and untrue. The comments about Judge Pope's hisotry is blatantly false, so take the rest with a wheelbarrow of salt.

This man filed a lawsuit because he didn't get a job as Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Judge, so he sued won then lost, even with his extra points for serving in the military he couldn't keep this job. He could not get a job as an FCC judge, so he sued and lost. Social Security ALJ is the only job he could get. He is disgruntled and takes it out on applicants. He refused to consider witness testimony from the Vocation Rehab Counselor, and threw out the Social Security doctor's exam report. I was told by the ODAR in Fort Wayne he had been fired. The Chicago office denies he ever worked there.
