I have never met such a rude, judgmental, condescending, down right cruel woman in my entire life. I felt as though I was going before her for a criminal matter instead of a disability claim. She asked more questions about things that had nothing to do with my disability than things that did. It was as if she was trying to discredit my character rather than see if my claim should be granted or denied. She even asked me questions about my mothers medical treatment, which has nothing to do with my disability claim. She picked things out of my medical records that she could construde to sound negative and against me rather than read the entire passage as it was meant to sound. She spoke as if she was above every person involved in my hearing, as well as the other two professionals involved in coming to a decision for my claim. This woman does not have an empathetic, sensitive, understanding bone in her body. She is a disgrace to the judicial system and should have no part in making decisions that affect people for the rest of their lives.

In all my years as an attorney working in this field, I have never met a more rude, unempathetic, unprofessional, impatient, condescending, arrogant both Counsel and client. There is no room for an ALJ like her in this area of law. First, the hearing started late and then it took nearly two hours. One hour had passed before she even asked the claimant a relevant question. Claimant was sitting there squirming in pain and clearly frustrated. I understand some cases are weaker than others, but it is NOT her place to call out the claimant in open court and question their subjective pain, based on her assessment of the evidence, and refuse to give them a break when asked for because she thinks they shouldn't be in that much pain. She did everything but call my client a malingerer and even questioned his motive for filing for disability. My client was angry and distraught, and the ALJ was rude to Counsel as well, which is in line with other opinions of this person. An ALJ can disagree with the level of severity of a condition, and may not think a person is disabled, but that is what the written decision is for. An ALJ's job during the hearing is to review the evidence, listen to the client's testimony, act cordially and professionally, appear empathetic and when all is evaluated, render a proper decision. The ALJ hiring process is extremely rigorous and lengthy. How this person managed to be hired as a judge in this area of law where we deal with a sensitive population is beyond comprehension. I feel bad for anyone who gets this judge.

She acted like I was keeping her from something and every comment from my attorney or myself she sit there and blow like oh man do I have to sit here. When I got my decision she fabricated things and did not pay any attention to my doctors restrictions. She called me obese and I'm a little over weight but nothing to that fact and it had nothing to do with my case. And the people she had had little or no experience in these cases.she is rude and disrespectful and if there is a way to get her out or countersue for a judge name calling or if it's defacation of character I will find it . she paid no mind to my pain in my back or legs and she called myself and my doctors liars and that I don't have edema in my legs and I can lift 20 to 30 pounds and I can stand for long periods. She has no idea what she is doing and I think she only picks certain people to approve and I think caucasion women are not one of them. I want to be heard by someone else who will act like they care

She can't make up her mind on what she wants to do with the cases. She is always cancelling out the cases to please herself and she is self-serving. She can't do that big ALJ job. She works the employees too hard in order to make herself look good. She hollers at them and excuses them of her mistakes.

You know that you are not working; you are just pretending in order to get that big government paycheck/handout.

She is incapable of performing her ALJ duties. She keeps the whole office busy covering up the fact that she don't have the mental capacity to do anything right.
