He was nice but asked correct questions.If you are honest he will judge fairly.Made me fell like he was listening. Very fair judge.

I thought Judge Miller was fair and very thorough. He considered all the facts and made a decision to approve my claim at the end of my hearing. I did feel that many of the questions were such that if someone trys to embellish their story or lie, Judge Miller would pick up on it and the hearing probably wouldn't go well.

I would recommend not to be fooled by this ALJ stats. He will certainly be nice to the Claimant but it is not uncommon for him to dismiss the opinions of the treating physician when well supported and to search for any minor inconsistency to try and trip up the Claimant and damage his or her credibility.
