This Judge while appearing pleasant in court mis read 2 question on the paper work and accused me twice of lying and drug seeking even tho he had medical proof from doctors in front of him. He asked me questions totally unrelated to my disabilities and even my Lawyer Kelling Jennings turned on me as well and asked me if all i did was sit and eat all day as i have gained a great deal of weight do to the medications i was forced to take. It was a horribl biased experienced. Completely unfair. My witness was denied to testify in my behalf. I have NEVER been examined by a SSI doctor or psychiatrist ever. They ignored Ive been applying for 7 years and they want to pay me back pay for 2. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. They should both be disbarred.

Judge: Mark B Greenberg

Judge Greenberg was nice. He did not make me feel stupid, he was not intimidating, he's just a nice guy. Some judges are horrible, they are mean, intimidating, and obnoxious. Not Judge Greenberg, totally nice guy.

This woman is a terrible judge. She made a mockery of my case and took everything out of context to suit her agenda. She ignored important evidence, and was rude and short with me. I have been fighting for 2 years and I finally get my day in court and this is who I get! I'm not giving up, her denial is biased and she ignored crucial evidence. Well karma is real judge Isaac's and it's coming for you.

I was seen by Judge Dawn M Gruenburg on 06/18/2019. I must say that she was absolutely the best Judge that i have even seen. She is very nice and understanding. She was very polite to me and i was very polite to her. We also had a couple laughs. She made me feel like I could say anything to her without be degraded. If anyone has to go in front of her, basically treat her like you want to be treated. There was a guy in front of me that seen her and he went in with a attitude. Bad choice on his part, of course he came out made. So like i said treat her and all people like you want to be treated. All i can say is Thank you Judge Dawn M Gruenburg,,,,Your awesome.........

Judge: Theodore Kim
6/27/2019 8:21:47 PM

I had a disability hearing with ALJ Kim, and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. Not only did he not read my records completely, in his decision he made it seem like I had been treated by witch doctors instead of certified physicians. He never listened to what I said during the hearing, even after he asked the questions. His attitude was exasperating, and very disappointing. He did not see me as an individual, and consider MY circumstances.

Clever Name
Judge: Stephen Marchioro
6/27/2019 4:57:40 PM

This guy is a class-A douchebag, pure and simple. Ignores evidence and biased. Acts respectful in person, but his opinions on paper regarding case and character were absurd. Blatantly ignored evidence and brought in other issues from outside the case timeline that had nothing to do with the claim, I don't even think that is legal. The occupational specialist even admitted that my "time off task", at the very least, would prevent me from holding substantial gainful employment. I thought he seemed pretty nice and respectful at the hearing, but after reading his denial letter, I not only felt insulted, but infuriated at the lack of respect this guy exudes in his "observations". Although I was extremely nervous at the hearing, I was open, honest and forthcoming and never once tried to exaggerate my symptoms, condition or story. This guy not only denied me in the face of solid evidence, but also had the nerve to question my integrity. This talking suit is a slimeball. Probably couldn't hack it as a real judge, so now hes a SJA ,skrewing people out of their much needed (and paid-into) disability benefits. I wish I could give him negative-stars. He has a reputation. If you get this guy, I feel for you and you might as well get your appeals counsel paperwork ready. Good luck.

Judge: Lori L Freund

The Honorable Lori L. Freund heard my case at a second hearing after a remand by the AC (Appeals Council). Her Honor was kind, compassionate and respectful as well as professional and open minded. I received a fully favorable decision 6 weeks later and I am ever grateful!! That was my last chance because my work credits had expired and at my first hearing I was denied. The AC found that Judge Grace (1st hearing) had erred and sent my case back for a new hearing and expert testimony from a Physician. Her Honor presided over that 2nd hearing and took in all information available to make a fair and favorable decision!

I felt Judge Kim did not take in all of what was stated by my surgeon. He never communicated with me not once. My health is only going to continue to get worse and he did not even read what my doctors have stated . so this in turn I am losing everything I have worked hard for . No compassion what so ever . Very disappointed and hurt . I will be homeless soon due to this .

This judge is a tool. Rude. Condescending. Horrible. Didn’t help my advocate was his twin lost at birth. I have 2 brain tumors, severe anxiety & depression, and this “judge” denied my claim because I was “calm and collected” in his courtroom. No lies! I was diagnosed in 2012 and this is a chronic disease I’ll die from. I’m now filing bankruptcy and have nerve damage now in my feet. THIS TOOL SAID I COULD BE A GROCERY STORE BAGGER.

FIrst time w/ALJ via VTC. His #s are very low, 30.5% of cases heard to decision. Seriously! He made atty ask all Qs and he gave a palpable feeling that he didn't want to be there that day, or hates his job, or hates his life in general. Claimant had a Fully Fav decision for SSI 9 years ago, but spouses earnings prevented benefits. Now in new case nothing has improved and claimant's has strong medical source stmt from treating neurologist who has treated claimant for 10+ yrs. We'll see??

This judge does not review all medical evidence and just sides with state physicians. I have over 7 doctors showing I am disabled but the physician for the state says I'm not disabled and this is the one report she has based her opinion on. She picks and chooses statements. On the state report, it says I'm vegetative but my anxiety is a little better. She ignored the vegetative part and says "I'm better". How can a vegetative person work? She is extremely biased in her ruling. Avoid this judge at all costs!

Judge: Manh H Nguyen
8/30/2018 2:56:31 PM

Well, I had my hearing in front of this judge today and I (and my attorney) thought it went well. The judge was a very attentive listener while my attorney presented our case. He didn't ask me, my attorney, or the vocational expert any questions, just took in the medical facts of the case, which I took as a good sign! I'm hoping that means we presented a strong appeal. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Not a good experience. Just shy of 8 months to find out decision from hearing. Ignored key information on child being murdered after abusive marriage. MRI showing severe findings with spine. Ignored severity of neck. Attorney barely said much. Never interviewed by vocational expert nor any by mental health expert or physcian.

"So think before you post"? I did. ALJ Lisa Leslie from STL is the "Queen of Denial". If you are denied or partially favored by Judge Lisa Leslie at the SSA Cape Girardeau Office, report her bias to the SSA using form SSA-437-BK (on SSA's website). Snail mail To: Social Security Administration, Program Discrimination Complaint, Adjudication Office, Room 617 Altmeyer Building, 6401 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21235 or call free: 1-800-772-1213 they answer calls from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have not gone to the hearing yet and you know the presiding Judge is going to be Lisa Leslie, make sure you bring a professional witness(es), like they do. Demand that your lawyer makes this happen. Why? Your chances of receiving an unbiased decision will improve exponentially. Look at her track record! It has been a very long road of ups and downs I was very thankful that Judge Kleber was patient and attentive to me and I found her to see me as a whole person. Judge Kleber was well prepared and my attorney was very impresse with her understanding of my case. Its been a long road of ups and downs and I hope that tomorrow will be a new day of of stability financially for me. I thank God for the glitches in the rocks that kept me from falling. Judge Isaacs, has meticulous study habits. She is a good listener, Most important she follow the evidence. I appreciate her.

Judge: Sarah Zimmerman
9/10/2017 8:47:36 AM

This judge, and I use that term loosely, has no business hearing disability cases. She does everything in her power to deny benefits, including utilizing unfair and unbecoming collateral impeachment techniques, prejudging the case, according administrative non-examiners more credibility than treating specialists, playing with the exertion levels in an attempt to reclassify sedentary work as light, etc. She is totally lacking in compassion, insight, judgment and is one of the least objective judges ever to wear the robes. And don't let the approval rate fool you, when you correct for partially favorable decisions, her fully favorable win rate drops to 18%, one of the lowest in the State of Michigan. Her hearing room should have a sign that states, "Abandon hope all ye who enter."

Judge: Robert A Lynch
8/15/2017 1:11:22 PM

I had Judge Lynch and found him to be very fair. I had difficulties hearing him and his questions but he was patient and understanding. He told me he will rule favorably. The only thing I didn't think was fair was the back pay from 2015 to now. I did lose 3.5 other years of applying and getting denied of back pay for those years. I had my hearing in June and now it is August and I still haven't heard anything. I went to the SS office in Lebanon and they can't answer any questions or help me in any way. I am about to be homeless and need some sort of income in order to get housing. I am deaf and can't hear on the phone, so I can't call anyone. The company representing me sent someone that day that I don't even know, or never met, to be my lawyer. So I have no way to contact them/ that person. My only option would be to get someone to drive me back to springfield to talk in person to this office. It is hell being poor, disabled and unable to hear anything or call anyone for questions.

Judge: David S Lewandowski

Judge Lewandowski He is very patient and kind overall I could tell he took in thought what I brought before him I felt comfortable in front of him but aside my nerves still bothered me being around people I didn't know which set my anxiety off then on tip of that some of the question I was ask made me very emotional and i couldnt wait to get home where i just wanted to stay and not be botheres hate that feel8ng of isolatio But what can you do just work through it but I still want to thank the judge for taking time for hearing my case may God bless you!

Judge: Kevin J Detherage
7/17/2017 9:40:35 AM

His approval rating will fall into the 30s soon. Having practiced SSD law for over 30 years, I knew when I first appeared in front of him my claims were heading toward Appeals Council. He takes over the hearing and asks leading questions of your claimant that are calculated to provide the answers he wants to find against him or her. Now that the law allows judges like him to apply great weight to the opinions of the consultants, he will and already has utilized that rule to increase your client's RFC to a level that conveniently results in an unfavorable or partially favorable decision with no back pay. He will ignore additional limitations when he constructs his RFC and frames his hypothetical questions. Be ready to respond to this by crossing the vocational expert and point to specific exhibit numbers as the basis for additional limitations. You have to get your file ready for Federal Court as his denials are often no based on substantial evidence.

My case went all the way to Federal Court I won in Federal Court they sent it back trying to make the Judge make things right but nope didn't work!! But I have been para pro for a school district and my neck was getting worse so now I am herniating at above and below fusions!! I had my hearing in January of 2017. Although I am still waiting on Judge Hart to write up her decision, she ruled in my favor. I have nothing but great things to say. I was very nervous, anxious, embarrassed and depressed about my situation. Judge Hart was very kind and compassionate. She listened to my attorney as well as myself and took the time to really hear us. In no way did I feel rushed. The hard part now is waiting since I am 5 months in to the year with no healthcare or income and many cancelled doctor appointments. Thank you Judge Hart for helping to make this day go a little easier for me and showing me that there are still compassionate people out there.

Judge: Kyle E Andeer

He has no grasp on reality. He cares more about a lawyer's foot than you. Over 20 doctors and 6 year's and he still says no. He is politically bias and discriminates. He shouldn't even be on the bench. He doesn't look at any evidence. He will lpoker back at pass cases all doctors saying I can't work and scratched his stupid head and just says uh wow all three are stage 4 which means no work possible but somehow goes to the last case and goes off that. Not anything new. We all know these judge's are corrupt. Dope heads get it with ease. A guy said he heard voices and got it. Guess the only way to win is huff air, do drugs and say you hear voices. 20 doctors and a NO. It's because of my age and sex.Only and his ****** STATS HE HAS TO KEEP ON CHECK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR. See them on the site. It's pathetic and he does Hawaii as well as Santa Barbara. That should make him not a judge right there. He's just as bad as Mary and Roger but acts nice. I posted the 3 star on him but I guess I was wroung. All just a show. He puts no effort in any thing. Sad and it ruins people's life's and maybe he gets off on that playing GOD with people's lives

Judge: Kendra S Kleber
1/11/2017 4:28:02 AM

Judge Kleber is well prepared so you better be as well. She speaks fast so be very attentive. She considers all the facts of the disability case including small details that you may think don't matter. I found her to be very fair. The vocational expert that was assigned to my case was helpful. Be sure to get a good attorney to represent you.

Judge: Kyle E Andeer
1/9/2017 6:22:09 PM

He is new to Santa Barbara and scratched his head about paper's saying I'm stage 4 which means 85% of the time of anything I can't do. I don't get why that's a head scratcher. He is a nice man. Seems arrogant and you will have to wait 90 to 120 day's before you get a decision. All evidence says NO. But expect a NO. New and doesn't seem to get medical records at all. Still waiting and hope he makes the right decision but you know SSI judges. They go off statistics for the fiscal year and have to keep a average or don't give a **** at all. Also political bias and age discriminate happens in SSI. THAT'S NOT THIS JUDGE'S PROBLEM that I know of. Just new, make you wait forever and is nice in the court room. Can also be funny. But doesn't seem to get anything. He asked the man can he work the 3 bad job's SSI said I can and they had to say NO. 20 doctor's say NO. Stage 4 on everything. Kinda a EASY decision but have to see. SSI will never care about the disabled or there problems period.

We just received my husbands favorable letter in the mail and it has been along time coming... I just wanted to put a response out there that this judge is not all bad news like I have been reading. He really listened, asked questions, and I tell you one thing, Judge Condon is thorough, he goes through your file with a fine tooth comb, He knew my husbands case from the time of his first injury and surgery, he knew every doctor, every surgery, every procedure and everything that he has been through.. He literally knew his file from top to bottom.. Expect to wait a little longer for his decision because like I said he goes over everything ... It was 45 days from my husbands hearing to receive the decision... We couldn't be anymore pleased with Judge Condon!! He literally changed our lives.. The last few years have been excruciating.. Unfortunately my husband will never be free of his pain or his other conditions and will have to battle this the rest of his life BUT we can do this with a little less stress knowing we have some room to breath now...

The worst judge by far in the Grand Rapids office. Routinely rejects treating physician opinions on the most specious of reasons. I only wish he could experience health problems to maybe develop a hint of empathy. No stars.

Judge: Janice L Holmes

Mrs. Holmes is a very kind and compassionate judge. I recently went in for my hearing and she is a very good listener and ask questions that pertain to your disability and how it effects you. She does not try an minimize your limitations what so ever. She is very awesome and sweet and not a scary person at all. I have a social problem and she did not come across scary at all where it put me in one of my panic modes. If you have an attorney representing you I wouldn't even waste the expense on them cause she will do all the questioning to the ve is their is one present and she believes your testimony is truthful... I highly recommend her and don't even know what the outcome of my decision is but it is what it is. She does her job very well and I appreciate her in all aspects.... Kristi D.

People please know your rights.. We will parish for a lack of knowledge... The judges will be kind and they will appear to be concern, but truthful they are not.. They will fixed your file to agree with what they want to say... Justice is not for all.. You have have 15 years of treatment that shows the illness continue to get worse , but he will find one thing out of 100 years of medical records to base his ruling off. People read your rights, go to your congressman , right the president about how corrupt SSI system is.. I am not blaming the judges because the are a victim of this system too. The have to go against the ethic training and deny you so their number of approval is low.. They want to continue to feed their family.. The best way to expose corruption in the SSI system is to take it to new press , protest, have rallies until your cry is heard..

I was not asking for WELFARE benefits, i was asking for SSDI (INSURANCE). I have numerous issues and he dismissed every one of them saying they were not severe enough. I invite this judge to my home for one week and see how my disease is affecting me on a daily basis. It is slowly killng me, my disease is a DEATH SENTENCE. All these young kids running around getting SSI cause they can't handle life can get it over and over again.

Judge: Mara-Louise Anzalone
11/16/2015 7:41:39 AM

I am not sure how she is able to sleep at night by denying a person disability that truly needs it when there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people out there that abuse the system because they are too lazy to work. My lawyer presented over 200 pages of medical records (most were from a hospital after a near fatal car accident) that left me disabled. Those records even proved that I died on the OR table and the doctors had to bring me back. I guess the old saying is true that a few bad apples spoils it for the whole bunch. The government paid occupational person that was there doesn't know anything about me and says that I can work (she gets paid to say that a person can work), which I know I can't. If either of them were in my shoes and in that car the day of the accident, they would both know that I am unable to work.

Judge: Stephen Marchioro
11/3/2015 9:57:16 AM

To Judge Stephen Marchioro: He was very respectful at the hearing and the hearing went good with the career counselor. When reading my denial of papers sent to me 2 months later, there seemed to be confusion about my certain medical conditions. The Judge did use certain terms that were incorrect while making his decisions. A little bias to his outlook that did not make sense when the hearing was different then the letter and facts sent to me. The Judge was nice in the court room but did get some of the information mixed up which hurt me and with his decision of this case. These facts were not correct and some of my new medical information is submitted. There should be a better outlook about me as the Judge made decisions based upon some wrong outlook as compared to the actual situations. Very disappointed in his viewpoint as a hard worker in the working world for over 15 years providing healthcare and caring about people. This needs to be addressed as the information was not correct to make a decision about, nor was the newer medical information finished.

Although I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect, my interview went pretty good, only to BE DENIED 4 MONTHS later. This judge has NO idea how her decision has impacted my entire life. I'm ALWAYS IN PAIN, not to mention, i suffer from depression and now I have to wait 15-18 MORE MONTHS for this next appeal! Just because I'm "young" it doesn't take away from the FACT that I'll have 6 screws in my lower back forever. Ive been fighting my case for almost 4 yrs already, Its unfair and even tho I'm only 30, I ACTUALLY have a medical problem and SUFFER from chronic pains and Muscle Spasms. I didn't choose this life. Yet I get denied because I'm to young and I speak well enough to find a "sit down" job!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS !!!!! What does my age and my vocabulary have to do with my PAINNNNNN !!!!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME BECAUSE I DON'T DESERVE THIS !!! (Tears) IN JESUS NAME, MY CASE IS FAVORABLE !!!!!!!

Judge: Michael S Condon
6/15/2015 1:17:37 PM

I just received my "Unfavorable" decision in the mail and after reading it, I wonder exactly what a person has to do - especially after the Veterans Administration rated me as "Unemployable". I made it very clear in my testimony that I cannot work set hours. My body tells me when I can and cannot do things - ANYthing. I cannot sit in a position required to type (or otherwise work on a computer) for more than 20 or 30 minutes at a time, after which I need to recline or lay down for an hour or so before I can again sit in that position. I cannot stand for more than a couple of minutes, for which reason I only shower two or three times a week (it hurts to get in and out of the shower and it's excruciating to stand long enough to get clean). I also have trouble sleeping because of the pain in my back and have to take sleep medication to get any sleep at all. I take the medication between 4:00 and 6:00 PM and when I wake up, I'm drowsy and unable to function with any lucidity until about 10:00 in the morning, sometimes noon. I don't know how in the world I am expected to be able to find an employer who would hire me under those conditions. I received notice, via phone, from the Veterans Administration (on May 27, 2015) that my disability status had been moved to UNEMPLOYABLE due to my injuries. This notice was faxed immediately to Judge Condon's office on June 2 (the day I received the written notice), but it is not cited as one of the exhibits used in making his "Unfavorable" decision even though the decision was written on June 9. One would think that if the VA rates me as "Unemployable", that in itself would verify the fact that I'm disabled and can no longer work. I'm at a loss to understand the "Unfavorable" decision that has been handed down in my case. Now, after having already waited over two years to begin receiving disability, I'll have to appeal - again - and wait several more months - again - for the next step to finalize. It's very frustrating.

She is totally heartless, she really hates it if you are fron Detroit and had a life wirhh no oppurtunity. Most judges in the Detroit office are racist, but she is at the too. So if you are black be prepared to get denied like you are in the jim crow south.

I had my hearing with Judge Sharda Singh on 12/22/14. Right off the bat, I could tell this woman had an attitude and didn't want to to be there that morning. She would ask me the same questions over and over again, even after I answered her. My lawyer had requested for me to be awarded a "Closed Period of Benefits" and after I gave her my testimony, my hearing was done. I finally got my answer from her office today 02/09/15 and it was a denial. I feel that her decision was not fair and was offended at some of ger notes in my letter. 12 pages of insults towards my rude! To anyone reading this, please pray to God, Buddah or whomever you worship, that you don't get her as your ALJ.

Judge: Reni Barnett-Jefferson
1/30/2015 11:20:53 PM

ROBE-ITIS or Inferiority Complex?!?!?! This woman was excellent as an Attorney Advisor (and I do not use the word 'excellent' lightly) but they gave her a robe and she turned into a different person (and that's putting it nicely). Not only does she not make sound decisions, she delays her 'Unfavorables' putting Claimants at a MAJOR disadvantage when it comes to DLIs and AC decisions. Something must be done. Sadly, she is a complete disaster as a judge.

He made me feel as though I was in the process so he could make the best possible decision. Remember the song "Back Stabber"? This guy "smiles in your face" and comes across real nice and sympathetic in the hearing, but is not interested in what a person has to say about how life goes. He picks and chooses what evidence he likes, and seems to think you need to be in a wheelchair, at least, to get benefits. He has no appreciation for how much pain can impact functioning. Be ready to appeal if you are unfortunate enough to be in from of him.

I just want to say Dawn Gruenburg; you have did a wonderful thing for me and I will never forget you for it. Thank you so much.

Judge: James J Kent
12/16/2013 5:20:24 PM

I received my decision. I feel after reading it that he gave greater weight to the Social Security evaluation doctor than to my own doctor who sees me regularly. I have researched online and this alone seems to be the number 1 factor in getting the council to remand this back to the ALJ for another decision. Judge Kent does contradict himself a few times in my report. He also states that I stated something which I know I did not and never would have. I even had documentation on me that day which he never requested to view which would have also shown that I did not state what he says I stated to him. he also has provided me with a sex change several times in his decision, by referring to me as "her" on numerous occasions in my report. I have never been a her, never wanted to try to become a her either. I am not sure why he feels I need to become one or that I am one. He did not take into consideration that my condition is one in which it becomes worse over time hence degenerative.

Judge: James J Kent
12/4/2013 5:19:30 PM

Not sure what to think of this guy. prior to my hearing I was informed by my attorney that this judge has a very high approval rate. during my hearing I felt intimidated. After my hearing my attorney tells me she can not see how I could not have won just wait for the decision to come in the mail. Still waiting. I do not have the same level of confidence. Because I am not sure how to feel about this hearing as of yet since I do not have the decision, I am going to rate right down the middle and give him the benefit of the doubt.

This guy doesn't have a clue. That he has been appointed to this type of position without having any background in Social Security law is a testament of all that's wrong with the federal judiciary. Unfortunately, the bottom line here is that he simply isn't very smart. His decisions repeatedly ignore the issues critical to just resolution of the claimants' respective claims and typically go off on irrational and bizarre tangents. He has no idea how to conduct a hearing in a timely manner and is incapable of focusing in on questions that bear some materiality to the issues at hand. God help you if you draw this moron as your judge because you will need all the hope He can provide you.

Still waiting on final decision because my case went to "Quality Review" after the Judge's decision. Judge Peterson helped me to feel comfortable at my hearing. Do yourself a favor and be completely honest. Give him the benefit of the doubt because I got the feeling he knows when you're blowing smoke. I was "totally" honest about my being Bipolar and how it's been hard for me to keep a job because of my mood swings and personality disorder. I was so nervous. I take different medications ( 7 ) to manage my Bipolar. He asked a lot of questions but I didn't feel irritated as I normally do ( part of my illness) when someone asks me " a lot" of questions. I'm also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and my illness has been really ******* my relationships with family, friends and employers. Because Judge Peterson really was kind respectful and courteous, I didn't feel that way at all. Even though his case approval rating is less than 50%, I really feel good about my outcome.

Judge: Jessica Inouye

Judge Inouye has rapidly established herself as a rising star among the federal administrative law judge corps. Her vast prior litigation experience has been a boon to her acknowledged superior ability in bringing out the truth in cases that she hears. Cases typically present inconsistencies between testimony and the medical record and other evidence. Judge Inouye is recognized as having a superb ability to resolve these inconsistencies in a manner that follows the law applicalbe to disability cases. Of course, not all claimants are happy as some are under the impression that merely applying for disability guarantees that payments will soon follow. In her difficult job, Judge Inouye's top-notch judicial temperment stands her in good stead. I see the above comments came from another stooge from SSA or perhaps the judge herself either way take it worth a grain of salt.

37 year old former public defender gets appointed to the federal bench? Hardly experienced in SSA law. She's fulfilling the SSA mission to deny every possible claim. Why bother seeing your own doctor for years on end. She rejects their opinions in favor of some hack doctor who couldn't get a real job so works doing SS evals for $150.00 a pop. Just the latest in SSA's Ayn Randian-esque implementation of disability law. Such a shameful and disgraceful reflection of our era's governance. How many people with Stage III cancer, undergoing chemo for a year, are actively working full time? You are a despicable person, Jessica.

Judge Shave seems very nice. I do not approve of comments that she made about my case. She got information about me that when she blerted out a question about something I said to a Disability Psych. that did a interview with me was way not correct. I feel that she should not attack someone in that way. What was said is Depervation of Character and was way out of line. I would like to see that report and set the Record Straight. She took 3 different accurances and 3 different people and combined it into one incident with 1 person. Which leads me to believe that she was either fed the wrong information by someone that was not listening completely or she intentional did it. I would like to think she would not do that. She stated that she was not medicaly qualified to look at pictures that go with the report made by a Qualifed Phyician and Surgion who took the pictures of my insides, So my question would be how can you be qualified to do a Medical judgment as to if a person is truly in pain or disabled. I feel that judges that sit on this panel should have a medical background in order to get the right decision. Other wise this is a true injustice to the persons she or any other judge that has the authority to make the decision as to how much pain or the nature of the persons true disability.
