I am grateful Judge Dodson took so much time with me and my case, he really listened to all I had to say, certainly understood my individual situation and clearly has a huge and beautiful heart! I was nervous court would be scary and intimidating, I was scared I wouldn't be able to express what my days are like. Judge Dodson made me feel so comfortable, like talking to a friend. Thank you Honorable Judge Dodson!!!

Judge Dodson is not a fair judge and he covered-up corruption of Field Office workers and the Payment Center who falsely accused an ex-con of receiving money while in prison. The ex-con was not at fault for the $34,000 overpayment because his master benefits record said his benefits were suspended during the incarceration period. Although Mr. Dodson had the ex-con's file before him, he chose to overlook the master benefits record, and deliberately found the ex-con "at fault" for creating a $34,000 overpayment.
