Excellent Judge, very fair and kind. Considers all facts of the case and obviously spends a lot of time on each case.

This man should be admonished. Taken off the bench. I appeared before him as a 100% disabled veteran to request SSI and he denied me. then told me to file a claim against the Veterans Affairs office. This was a side bar right after the hearing. He made it clear he had worked for the Veterans Affairs prior to this current job at the Social Security Administration. He put information in my file that was not even related to the case, and had no bearing on my disability request. He is still serving in the military at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. I feel he has no conscience and does not even care about his fellow military service members in need of help.
