Raul Pardo in conjunction with RCALJ Joan Parks Saunders, R6 RDO Hida Fay Adams, CALJ Patrick Nagle, X12 HOD Jeffrey Smith, and DC Gruber retaliated against me, a group supervisory attorney in the Albuquerque hearing office for whistleblowing for making a report to "See Something, Say Something" and prior EEO activity. During the Obama era, Mr. Pardo, Ms. Adams, and Ms. Parks-Saunders were highly influential in forcing the promotion of a contact representative who had significant issues with doing the job of contact representative, over the objections of all office supervisors, simply because like Mr. Pardo, Mr. Adams, and Ms. Parks Saunders, this employee was black. Likewise, in conjunction with Celina Cagigal in Dallas HR, they took specific illegal actions to bypass selecting veterans in order convert a black female employee from temporary to permanent. Par for the course. Mr. Nagle and DR Gruber failed to take any action to correct the whistleblowing retaliation in the Albuquerque hearing office despite repeated reports appealing for them to do so. Instead, they continued it, trouncing the NO FEAR act, and Whistleblower Protection acts. Integrity is rare amongst OHO's so called "leaders."

Pardo was very bias against me. Both in the video hearing and the final ruling that he gave. He misused information and only cherry picked words to fit what he wanted to say. He dismissed everything that MY doctors wrote and they had wrote plenty. He ONLY went by what the SSA doctor that they sent me to ONE time. He was outright unfair towards me. I have paid into the system for 25 plus years. Its not like I have never worked a day in my life.

Arrogant and unkind. From the beginning it was obvious he was not interested in what I had to say only what he had to say. He gets to live his wealthy life in his huge house while people like us who he denies suffer more and more.

Not at all impartial. He was accusatory and didn't listen. Would spend his time with his head down writing unless he was trying to argue with something or make a point about how my condition couldn't be as bad as I claimed. Seemed he had his mind made up from the beginning.

He was not at all neutral. It was a polite interrogation with out of context information chosen specifically to use against me. He argued with and dismissed most responses, especially when I was able to counter his accusations. The final report was equally as biased. His bias has ruined any chance I have to survive.

I truly understand Judge Pardo way of looking at the disabled and the not disabled..He try's very hard to distinguise between the two...Although, He was tough with me...I do understand, the logic, that He must pursue...Put yourself in their place...Judges should be honored and admired for their job! It truly must be something that keeps them up at night, and it has to take a Great deal of discernment...I can not believe I am writing this, but that is how I feel, after my Court date yesterday...I do understand!

I found Judge Pardo to be compassionate, and he put me at ease during a difficult time in my life.
