I have appeared before Judge Pickett on several occasions. He is second to no one in terms of intellect, judicial demeanor, and kindness. My main problem with Judge Pickett is that when I am in his presence, I have difficulty concentrating. He is so handsome, sexy and charming that I can barely keep my eyes off him to deal with my claimant. This has caused me difficulties, and while I always hope he is the judge before whom I will appear, I also hope that it is one of the other judges so that I can concentrat on something beside him.
