In re: 9/15/2012 comments concerning the VE finding jobs that were not available in your area thus you are disabled. I'm sorry but you are wrong. The standard you have to meet is that there are no jobs within the NATIONAL (not regional/ state/ local) economy. If such jobs exist in great numbers within the National economy and either you or representative are not able ot present evidence refuting the ability to perform said jobs than you are (per SSA guidelines) not disabled.

He was a very nice judge. However he did not take all factors of my cases into consideration. The Vocational Rehab expert listed jobs that are not available in my area. Which by default makes me disabled. He denies more cases than he approves.
