This guy is a nut and a lying fool. He's not fair at all. I will be glad when he's no longer.... He made an agreement to approve my case but failed to do so. In his written opinion he insulted me badly.

In my experience this judge tends to be good natured, pleasant, upbeat. Gives very clear definitions to the terms he uses (i.e. what he means by "drug abuse"). Usually just has rep develop disabilty/impairment related issues in the case. Always covers smoking, drinking, criminal background. If claimant has anyone else in household who is receiving SSD or SSI expect a full exploration of that situation. He will award cases with merit and he's tough on weak cases.

ALJ is hostile and will make up reasons to deny claims even those that are supported by evidence in the file.
