Today my social security and disability taxes were taken out of my part time check. They took $97.51 out ,I started laughing. Because this piece of SHIT JUDGE JOHN ROLPH DENIED my disability claim. So why the fuck are they taking taxes out ,it's not like I can use it when I retire or if I'm disabled. I've been working since I was 18 years old and I have paid my taxes and can't get a fucken thing out of it. I HOPE YOU DIE A SLOW AND PAINFUL DEATH judge John ROLPH. You fucken coward

I'm an attorney who only practices Social Security disability law, and who routinely appears before judges from seven different ODARs (Portland, Eugene, Tacoma, Seattle, Spokane, Boise and Las Vegas - a total of 67 ALJs), and on occasion at virtually every ODAR across the country. I have seen it all, from wack-job judges who are truly insane -- pity anyone from Moreno Valley, CA or Billings, MT -- to judges on some sort of an agenda to deny (or approve!) as many people as possible. I can say without hesitation that Chief Judge Rolph is one of the most courteous, professional, thoughtful and genuinely compassionate judges that I have encountered. This is NOT the same thing as a high allowance rate. He only pays about 50/50, which means that he is denying a lot of cases who probably should be approved. However, I truly believe you get a fair shot with him. While he may not approve every claim, my experience is that he treats every claimant with respect as a human being. As bad as it is to have your claim denied, it is incredible how many judges insist on belittling people and treating them like crap. Judge Rolph never does this. The only time I have ever seen him lose patience, and even then it was slight, was when a claimant insisted on lying to him (and me) about current drug and alcohol use, was deceitful and very dishonest. Anyone who does that deserves a lot worse. Bottom line: I would love to win every one of my cases, but I would be more than happy if every one of my clients were assigned to Judge Rolph.
