Judge Chain is hard-pressed to deny those who have evidence to substantiate claims of disability benefits. It is as though she breathes just to make sure another disabled individual does not receive benefits. It is as though she judged the case before hearing and reviewing all of the evidence, in addition to being dismissive of evidence from treating physicians. She is clueless and uses her authority to dismiss as many cases or limit any awards to disabled individuals so her stats do not look as horrific as they are. Hopefully she or a family member never has to cross the bridge of requiring assistance due to a disability and come across someone as unjust and unfair as she is.

This woman lacks basic Social Security knowledge. Her decisions take 6 months to be written. She is an embarrassment to the Administration.
