This judge is absolutely horrible! I couldn't tell in his decision if he was outright lying or just not too bright or just lazy. Maybe it was all three. I'd like to go into detail, but don't feel comfortable doing so at this time. Do those of us with disabilities a favor, Ingram: Give a careful, competent look at our cases, or just retire.

Judge Ingram appeared to be very pleasant at my hearing with him. Although I was denied by him for disability at hearing in 2015, I still found him to be again very knowledgeable and pleasant doing my hearing with him.

Recently had hearing with this ALJ on remand of a case. ALJ did not seem familiar with file; he wanted to rush things along; he did not seem to be following the directives of the Appeals Council as to what should be addressed at the remand hearing.

ALJ is older with long white hair; has pleasant demeanor. Will often ask Rep to identify key exhibits supporting theory of case at beginning. Will ask claimant questions like "Could you be a Wal-Mart greeter? or a salesperson at Bass Pro Shop?" Hearings often start late. Award rate is in the middle/average range.
