I agree with the 1/12/2012 post, except she may have gotten worse in her older age in Richmond. Ugh.

Miserable. Prepare for a denial. She is the Chief ALJ in St Pete, is never in a good mood, and denies everyone lately. Have record complete or you will be scolded. Brace yourself.
