If I could give a rating of Less than 0, I would. With significant evidence from many doctors, she felt not one was significant enough to warrant approval. You can work all your life with illnesses (physical and mental) till you get to a point you can no longer tolerate the pain, and she will deny you because you are under 60. She said everything is under control or being managed significantly enough I can at least answer a telephone. She doesn't recognize PTSD as a disability regardless of cause. (PTSD grew more severe as time progressed and I'm getting counselling and have for years.)

I agree with all these comments, I too am a young person who was denied. In her statement of my denial, she said she gave more weight in her decision to my high school counselor who only saw me 3 times, than the psychiatrist that I have been seeing regularly for over 6 years. She also cares more about the opinions of the government appointed doctors who analyze you for 15 minutes than the doctors who have actually been treating you for years and who actually know your condition.

I found her to be a very kind and pleasant judge. Keep in mind, most people complaining about her were not approved, so perhaps they are biased. This was my second hearing, and trust me, the judge I had prior to her was a mean, mean, mean man! I left my hearing crying, so to me, she was like a breath of fresh air compared to him. Good luck to all. I know we are all in the same situation, waiting for years to be approved. Keep praying!

if you are a young person you will most likely lose with this alj. even on proven severe pain cases she denies.

watch out. behind her smile a massive force of cruelty lurks. very hard on young people regardless of the evidence. places more weight on government dr than treating dr.

She is a terrible judge. I had 5 doctors saying I couldn't work. She completely didn't pay any mind to what they had to say because of my age. She called my foot doctor an idiot. I am a diabetic with scoliosis and I have aspergers syndrome which is a form of autism. If you are under 50, Pray like **** you don't get her. My lawyer told me if I had had any other judge we would have won. If you get her and you're under 50. be sick that day.
