Update from last comment in January 2018, decision received. UNFAVORABLE. This judge gave minimal weight to ANYTHING that supports my disabilities, even some of the Social Security doctor reports and the DSHS state doctor report. It is very obvious to me that this judge is biased. Well, unfortunately for me, I've decided not to put anymore financial strain on my family and just "remove myself from the equation" Done with this. Goodbye.

She seemed very fair at the hearing, although I was very nervous she was so nice that I felt there wasn't anything to worry about. But, I went to court in JUNE 2017. It is now January 2018 and I do not have a decision yet. For whatever reason this has got to be the slowest judge on making decisions. Over a 6 month wait for any judge to make a decision is absurd, within 90 days should be the law. These kinds of cases are people's lives. Some cannot wait, unfortunately. Judge Mary, please understand the financial and emotional pain it is to stall that long on cases where disabled people depend on a timely decision one way or the other so they can either move on with their lives or file an appeal (if necessary). Living off of family and $197 DSHS ABD benefits per month is no way to live. The star rating will be mediocre due to the long wait, otherwise this judge is super nice.

Compassionate and considerate. Her assistant could do a better job though, as she doesn't return phone calls as required by law.
