This ALJ is an example of a Judge who already has his mind made up prior to the hearing. He will attack your credibility and will call you a liar. According to these stats he has only issued 18 decisions this year. I expect his denial rating to go up dramatically.

Just had my hearing in 06/2012. Judge Halligan was courteous, compassionate, informed, and professional. I appeared without representation, but wouldn't recommend for everyone (my work history was in health services and court-related). He approved my case, and advised me steps on reopening earlier claims.
